Tracy has been in real estate for over 10 years, and while working with buyers will always be her first love, she’s recently been helping more of her past clients sell their homes, too. A former educator with over 20 years in the classroom, Tracy brings the same patience, dedication, and passion to her clients as she once did to her students.


She and her husband, Jeff, have two wonderful children, Sydney and Noah. Tracy and Kelly have known each other most of our adult lives, and having her on this team has been a blessing.

Kelliann has been a licensed real estate professional for two years and has a heart for serving buyers—especially veterans, as she proudly served herself. Before real estate, she was an educator in Alamance and Guilford Counties, which shows in her natural patience and care when guiding clients through the process. Kelliann and her husband, Joel, were actually past clients and one of our biggest referral sources before she decided to join our team. Choosing to partner with her was an easy decision!

Kelli and Joel have a wonderful daughter, Erica, and two lovable labs that keep them busy.

Kelly Wirt has been a licensed real estate broker since February 2005. She is the owner and lead agent of the Kelly Wirt Realty Group. Kelly graduated from Elon College in 1998, and in 2005 she chose a career in real estate, bringing with her a strong background in customer service, marketing and advertising.

From the start, Kelly didn’t want to be just any agent. She wanted to be a fully engaged one whose clients become lifelong advocates. That meant promising excellent service, marketing and communication, and then delivering on that promise every time.

In 2014, knowing no one succeeds alone, Kelly began building her team by adding a full-time assistant and a buyer’s agent. In June 2021, the Kelly Wirt Realty Group became its own independent firm. Today KWRG proudly serves buyers and sellers across Alamance, Guilford, Orange and surrounding counties.

Kelly believes strong communities make strong neighborhoods. She is a 2026 graduate of Leadership Alamance through the Alamance County Chamber of Commerce. She also serves as a Director for the Burlington-Alamance County Association of REALTORS®. Kelly and her team volunteer with the Denise Flaherty Foundation, Alamance County Meals on Wheels, Habitat for Humanity and other local organizations.
